Retainer Support Plans

Our retainer plans offer you another option to manage your network infrastructure. These plans include 25, 50 or 100 hours that never expire for remote, on-site and help desk support.

Choose from one of the following maintenance options for your retainer plan.

LAN-Link Monitoring and Alerting

In addition to your purchased hours, you can also add LAN-Link Monitoring and Alerting to your retainer plan for as low as $199 per month. This plan covers 1 server and up to 25 network devices.

Regardless of the number of servers and network devices, LAN-Link Monitoring and Alerting includes the following services.

  • Proactive instead of reactive support
  • A full set of LAN-Link features and monitoring
  • Priority support in emergencies
  • Escalation of critical issues

Scheduled Preventative Maintenance

This remote maintenance occurs on a scheduled bi-monthly basis. This plan will require one hour per server each month. With this plan you still receive the following features and services:

  • Customized maintenance report (PDF) delivered to your inbox
  • Point in time snapshot for proactive maintenance
  • 35 point checklist
  • Priority support in emergencies
  • Escalation of critical issues
  • Manual patch and update management
  • Inspecting event logs and other key server components to pre-empt potential failures
